Logging into Chat Service [Client]

So back in patch 5.4, I think, the chat service for Mac clients went down and it took what felt like forever to get the client completely fixed for us. Earlier today (05/08/2015), I couldn't get onto my chat and I thought "Oh no, not again." Then I noticed the notification that you guys had begun working on it. I was like cool, we are getting it fixed. That notification came down and I'm still without chat service, unable to communicate with my team until we get into the actual game, and even then, I can't say anything to them afterwards. I am not sure what exactly you guys are trying to do with the chat system, but as far as Mac computers go, about each update completely destroys whatever the chat system is built on. Is there a way that we can please please PLEASE get it fixed?
