[CLIENT] Swapping champions after timer ends.

In my last game a guy switched last second and it left his bar undarkened. He then rotated through a few champions before he stopped on Draven. When we got in game he was actually Draven so he was able to swap his champion after his timer ran down. Took a screen shot right before the game to show the light bar.
