We cant put tickets into the tournament

Nobody from our team can put in ticket, only the one player who came as a substitute for the day (Yelyah) can , shes the only one who didnt play with us yesterday, all others were playing yesterday. I placed in ticket and then removed it, now its gone and I have total of 0, others have tickets but cant but in anyways. This looks like a bug, any help? only cerntain time left
