My account just litteraly vanished... after a ( we will get the older LoL version installed)

My account RandomsDestroyer literally vanished and i cannot log in or recover it now. i tried to recover my username / password and it literally was not there under accounts owned... I know all the details about it too.. it just poofed.. literally had a game lost the game and when i clicked continue after the game end my computer crashed so i force restarted it, after that just went as normal opened league and it wanted me to install older version and then my account info just vanished and cant recover it .
