Is league creating bots in Pvp?

These character in my last game of league. I linked the game, they did stupid things, didn't act like real human beings. They did things that bot players would do. Like they were so brain dead. Its really creepy. I feel like Riot is making bots for PvP. Has anyone else had this problem? Its happened in my past two games of League. on 3/20/15
