Randomly freeze in game 3-5 seconds

So this is an issue that I've been having issues with lately. But ill randomly freeze either mid team fight or when I open the shop or buy item. I've never had this issue before and my computer pretty overkill for this game. If there is anything i can do to fix this I would appreciate it.
