Locking In

If someone doesn't lock in they get kicked from lobby and then the whole drawn out process of queuing up again makes playing this game miserable. I absolutely love this game and certain aspects of the game but getting kicked by not locking in is retarded at best. Please fix this immediately. Some of us like to click our champion and go get a snack or something to drink instead of having to lock in. I just sat through a 30 minutes queue time only to get kicked from lobby cause the other team decided not to lock on their last champ select. I hate this and it needs to be fixed and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Thank you.
