Game freezes periodically

So playing League I tried getting on Aram and playing a few games, though every now and then the game would freeze. Where my character would continue walking to a certain point before everyone freezes for a few seconds. Then I am suddenly back to normal. This has been happening in normals too, every game the same things happens a few times a match. Where I am walking to a certain point where I clicked then suddenly frozen and then I start back up a few moments later.

My connection is good, my ping doesn't spike at all and I never got the "Trying to reconnect" prompt at all during these freezes.
