I bought the Pumpkin Cat Ward for 150 World Tokens, checked my inventory and it wasn't there. I was confused so I bought it again and it still was not there. -300 World Tokens with no ward. I demand a refund of my lost tokens.

It is something that my colleagues are looking into and is something the Server Status Page notification was vaguely referring to. In the meantime, if you purchased it and re-logged, you should be able to find it all the way at the bottom of the Wards Collection page when looking through the "My Collection" selection: https://imgur.com/Swg3unO
