Leona's W does not retain her Armor and MR bonuses [GAMEPLAY]

Good morning,

      I've experienced this bug for about a week now, as well as a few of my friends who played Leona. When using her W, she gains the extra Armor and MR, as intended. However, when the magic damage burst occurs, she then loses these bonuses.

Eclipse - Grants 20/30/40/50/60 (+20% of bonus Armor) bonus Armor and 20/30/40/50/60 (+20% of bonus Magic Resistance) Magic Resist for 3 seconds. When the effect ends, nearby enemies struck take 60/100/140/180/220 (+40% Ability Power) magic damage and **Leona retains her bonus Armor and Magic Resist for 3 seconds. **

      This can be replicated at any time, with any computer specs, in any game mode. Press W, explosion occurs, but then as soon as it does, the bonus Armor and MR go away.

did you hit any enemies with it? because she only retains the defense if she hits an enemy unit with it

At least one enemy needs to be hit with damage part for you to keep the bonus armor and MR.
