[GAMEPLAY] Rek'Sai unable to use abilities after Burrowing and Un-burrowing

After finishing off Baron with a Chilling Smite, I tried to use a tunnel I dug into the pit to get back out. I clicked on the tunnel, and Rek'Sai burrowed, but didn't go to the other end of the tunnel. Using Un-burrow (W) didn't work. Tried every other button, including Flash, Randuin's, and the other abilities, but nothing would happen. I could move around, and the only way I could've unburrowed was finding an enemy and using Un-burrow by right-clicking it. Un-burrowed, I was still unable to use any other abilities; Couldn't even burrow again. I could move around and auto-attack, but that was the extent of my moves.
