Bad Passive Minion Damage

While playing in 1v1s with my mate over in Howling Abyss, every single time, she's taking damage in the hundreds from "Bad Passive" from the minions. Not only that, but on many occasions, both of us had taken damage from OURSELVES while fighting. This has been listed in another post beforehand that I've seen, and both of us are getting really sick and tired of it every time, because it ticks us both off. Please, if anyone, ANYONE can give a real reason, be it via the code or some kind of actual bug, and let Riot know so that they can fix it, it would be greatly appreciated by the both of us, and the community as a whole.
