[Client] Unable to select a champion.

Hello. I was in my promos for the third time today. I was 1-1 and queued up to enter my third game. I loaded in to champ select and realized I was first pick. I did my three bans (the last one being Sejuani) and I prepared to pick my champion, except this time (per usual) the Sejuani splash art with her picture and the boxes below it showing me her abilities just wouldn't go away. I then thought to myself, "oh I'll open my masteries and I bet it will make the splash art disappear" nope, it just left both windows up, except now i'm unable to even close out of my masteries, because the sejuani splash art which wont go away is now blocking the X to close out. so I got to sit there and watch the timer tick down and kick me out of promos.

This is not the first time this bug has happened to me, there have been several occurances, this being the most recent.

I'm sick and tired of this god awful client. League of Legends is the most popular game in the world, and yet we've had this broken client for years now. This is the kind of stuff that will make me quit this game. I'm so over it.
