Unspecified error into 33% files scanning

This morning I had started up league in order to update it so I could come home and play. However after I returned home from my morning run I see that it was at 99% and an Unspecified error had occurred. So I restarted my client and it jumps to 33% files scanning bug and the files scanning usually freezes in the 1,000s. It is pretty annoying and if anyone has a fix I would greatly appreciate anyone who shares it with me. I will thank you in advance
