graves q costs 65 mana at rank 3 i think but consumes 100

i dont know if its a bug or its intented to have 100 mana.even the icon is not turned to grey when he has 65 mana but he cant use the ability.i have seen that in many of my games not at just one.also it might happen in other ranks of the q but i secifically seen these numbers.please fix
