[Crash] Unable to Connect to Game.

After installing patch 5.16 I hopped into a ranked queue. I locked in Garen since I had wanted to go top. The instant we get out of champion select my game reports to me that there was an error that says--

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application."

This was in the first game of my provs to silver IV. I don't know what to do to fix this as it's never happened to me before. I thought it was just going to be the bug where you can't reconnect until everyone is in game but nope. 20 minutes later and I still can't connect.
