Disconnect at the start of every single game

Within the past few days, at the start of every single game I play, I'm completely unable to move my champ around or type in chat but i don't actually disconnect from the game. The only way I've found that makes it go away is leaving the game and reconnecting which results in me being 2-3 levels behind the opposing laner by the time I reconnect. Has anyone else had this problem before?
