Disconnection issues.

Since patch 7.23 went live I have experienced random disconnections during the loading screen before games , with the last one costing me a 5 game low priority queue. I thought the problem was with my internet but it works perfectly fine. I even tried using other networks just to be sure but it still happens. also, the disconnections only happen during the loading screen. I asked a friend but he says its only happened once to him. Did this happen to anyone else?
