Stuck after Teleportation

This has now happened a couple of times while playing in the ranked que with Sion. I was stuck after I teleported to top lane trying to engage in a gank next to the top red first tower. I teleported and all the while I was clicking rapidly to try and get into the fight after I would complete the tele; alas, I became stuck on the tower with the run animation from speed boots. The gank failed. Second, time was similar except I teleported to a ward near mid to try and enage in a gank, I was stuck on the ward again with the running animation. The gank failed. Not sure if this is tele bug or Sion bug? Also if this is a post that already has a thread then my apologies never reported stuff before.
