Evelynn's Charm Voice Lines Are Bugged

When casting her charm Evelynn sounds like a seagull gurgling water rather than the sultry seductress we all know and love. The bug effects all skins and has been happening for quite a while. There are other reports of this bug but its still happening, I know you guys have a lot on your plate but I would appreciate a fix.

Is this while she is in passive stealth (i.e. once she hits 6) because i think that's the intended effect they are going for, like she's talking under water. I don't play her because I don't care for the muffled sounds.
