Occasionally when I'm in a draft pick and I'll pick a ban or I'm looking at a champion's abilities they will get stuck there at the bottom of the screen. I won't be able to pick a champ, nor can I see any of them, then the timer runs out and it of course counts it as a dodge for me, which sucks especially in ranked.

Happen to anyone else?
