When i got that problem, I press Y for unlock camera view on champion. But it is does not work. I changed the Key Y to another. It also not work. But I can fix this by 1 death. When I respawn at base, I can see anywhere for view. It is unlocked.

I've been experiencing the same issue. Sometimes after alt+tabbing out of the game the camera will automatically lock onto my champion and I will be unable to unlock it. Pressing the button near the mini map or pressing the default Y hotkey have no effect - the camera remains locked.
I usually spam the button over the minimap when this happens, usually this doesnt work - then try to move your camera from the minimap: Click on the map and drag your mouse. Keep spamming till it fixes. But yeah its a bug.
