Game Randomly Ended Without a Surrender or Destruction of a Nexus

Was playing a game of Karthus jungle in a normal game earlier with a friend, and we were at their bottom inhibitor. The entire game just froze for me and it displayed the "reconnected" bar on my screen, so I thought my internet crashed. However, when I closed the game to reconnect and checked the client, everyone was kicked out of the game and it never ended. Nobody knows what happened. I checked my match history and could not find it there. Any ideas?
