Can not pick champion in Champion select.

Can someone please tell me how to get my LP back if its possible(before this happen i'm Gold1 82LP), my client in ranked game, i can not pick my champion for some reason my connection is perfectly fine but i tried so many times to pick my champion but it won't let me, until select time run out then i lose 8 LP for that, its very annoying because i gain only 21-23 LP and now i have to play 2 more games to get into my promo. Please help someone its happened so many time this week. In total i lost 40LP for something that not my fault. X(
