Missing Rune Editor in Champ Select (Rune Panel crash)

[CLIENT] Trying to create a new rune page during ARAM champ select crashed the rune panel.

I was starting an ARAM game, someone offered a swap of Sona for Kennen, so I accepted. Once this happened, I decided to try to make a new rune page for Kennen. I opened up the rune page editor and hit the new page icon in the corner. Once I hit the button, the rune panel screen disappeared. I tried clicking all around, but nothing responded except for some of the buttons on the sides of the screen (the chat history button? (speech bubble button) on the far right of the client). I also tried hitting the trade champ buttons on the left and was able to initiate and cancel the trade. After I took a screenshot, I queue dodged because I had no idea of what runes the game might give me.
