Black Screen and Error Message when Attempting to Enter Queue

When attempting to enter both Ranked and Normal Dynamic Queues, a black screen appears. Shortly after, an error message titled, "Error quitV2" appears. Upon closing the prompt, the queue will not exit. Error message appears at 2:35 in the video. Also appears when attempting to accept an invite into dynamic queue, as well.

EDIT: When trying to save logs or repair client, client freezes and force closes.
