[Client] Client Allows Me to enter game lobby, but never loads game after resetting windows 10

I recently (somewhat) wiped my drive. I am running windows 10. I reset my PC but chose to keep my files. This supposedly deletes things its considers apps, but keeps personal files. The league launcher was still there after, and patcher said all was cool, but when I went to load the game after being thrown into a lobby, got an error saying the game was missing. I am now flagged as a leaver in ranked. To replicate this issue:

1. Reset windows 10 in system settings, but choose the option "keep my files"
2. Get PC back up and running, notice all files still there, including league launcher???
3. Open league launcher, patcher says everything is cool, awesome!
4. log in, Q for ranked, join lobby
5. Game about to start, client tries to load game, error message saying scripts not there to launch game

TLDR: league patcher fails to check all files after resetting windows 10, but choosing "keep my files option"
