Client failing to load or just appears unresponsive

Yesterday i attempting to log into my client as i did it wouldnt load in my friends list or interact with the shop, play button, loot and even attempting to check my profile and collection nothing would load so i restarted the client. But then the client was just blank showing nothing then after about 2-3min it started loading and after it had finished loading it was attempting to reconnect and afterwards it was just as i said before. Now i've tried repatching reinstalling and even a bunch of riot support fixes nothing worked so i was wondering if anyone else had the same problem and if they found a solution
