This is so stupid... so 2 of my friends have tried to send either champions or skins but when they do it they lose that rp because i don't even get the stuff that i was supposed to be given!!! Please help me out because i'm about to get really mad............

If i remember correctly, you cannot gift people individual skins, only mystery skins. Mystery skins is a lottery pick of all the skins and will result in a random one.
