I was enjoying a PvP match only every time I leveled up and upgraded an ability the chart of witch players where on kept popping up. It also happened when I clicked on the mini map and was in the shop mid game. I don't know if anyone else experienced this problem but I found it troublesome.

Sounds like a stuck key on the keyboard. Ususually pressing it helps to fix it. Try hitting the tab key and the o key to see if that works.
