Problem with renekton E - W

Hi i am a main renekton from 1 month already and after the lastest patch i felt something changed: what i found is that i cant use E and then get fast in W mode cause after i use E, the W is blocked for like 1 whole second after i finish the dash animation, i dont know its a real problem or it was intentionally chainged like this, what i know is that affect my playstyle really hard and its disturbing..thanks for your time. dont make cry the sweet crokochoco
