Lee sin CC dodge?

I was playing as ahri and usually when I fight against Lee Sin, I wait for his Q dash and charm him during it to stop it but I did it today and nothing happened. I lost a fight that I could've easily won but because of that Charm dodge, I lost the fight horribly. I don't remember it ever doing that before but I don't think it should stay that way.
