cannon minion animation issue

Was just playing a game and the large cannon minions on my side only were shooting blue squares. Same thing happened with both blue buff's little mini guys they both shot blue squares.

Another thing that I'm not sure if is a bug or not but in the same game I was playing Vayne and when Jarvan ulted me I could Q and roll through his ult. Not sure if that is an actual bug or not but thought it might be worth mentioning.
