Significant Bug on Mordekaiser

If Mordekaiser takes Ravenous Hydra, the empowered Q auto attacks will randomly proc/not proc Hydra. I can't seem to find out when specifically it doesn't proc, but this is what happens: First auto - 90% chance at proc-ing hydra Second auto - 50% chance at proc-ing hydra Third auto - 10% chance at proc-ing hydra.

Please fix!
