In a group ARAM, after everyone accepts into the match, the game sometimes doesn't send me to Champion Select screen, but returns me to group room. The champion select is ongoing, and I can't see the champion I possess, my team possess, nor can my runes and masteries be changed. I can't enter the game until I relog after it starts, or just dodge it entirely.
Anyone else having this problem? How to fix?
yeah i've had this problem ever since they started the new landing pad. you accept into the game and it will delay a few seconds and never change into champ select. this has happened to me on everything except team builder.
Yep, happened to me too. Had a bunch of bad games. Get into one, don't make it into champ select. I had to relog, cause I didn't know what I had. Now I have to wait in Q for 14 minutes.
My friend told me afterwards that I had Kog.
Let me say, after having only 2 victories in my match history, this made me VERY upset, because I love me some ARAM Koggy.

I've received this glitch before on normals but I know a temporary solution you can do untill its fixed.
All you have to do is Click on your profile and click on runes, then click the store. (Repeat over and over) Visting your profile will reset the store and while the store is resetting its self it should send you to champion select.
This has happened to me maybe 6 times this November, Happened to me during ranked as well. Just keep clicking around it should refresh and send you to the select.
This happens to me a lot , and because the match doesn't starts , i am forced to leave the game . Already got two warnings from leaver buster , even tough its not my fault ; already made a topic but no one even looked at it , seems like they don't really care.
