Champion Select Bug Strikes Again!

So, every once in a while, I will queue up for a game and once I accept the match, instead of taking me to the champion select screen, it takes me back to the LoL home screen. All of my other friends will be in champ select except me. I hear the music for champion select, but I cannot find a way to go back to it. This forces me to dodge the queue and wait five more minutes before I'm able to queue up for another game. So far, this has only happened to me when I am queued for either a five-man normals or bots game. This has been happening since the Harrowing patch. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
