Lux Crashes Game

Every time I try to play lux today, my client crashes when she pops up to lock in. It's done this four times now and I'm tired of being banned for it. I didn't try it back to back but no matter what, I simply cannot play lux. We had someone playing lux earlier crash when the game started.
