PBE Paswoord recovery error. Please Help!

I forgot my PBE Account Pasworod, and I have tried with like 15 different passwords that could be the right one and I can't get it, I tried recovering my password throught my Email but is not working! I never get the Email even do It says its been send, Is not in my spam part either. Please can someone help me with this? Ive tried everything I can. :(
