Can't Join any type of Match

I Que up for a match and when it finds a match it goes to a black screen and just stays there even after 5 minutes of waiting does not even Drop me from Que no Errors seem to show. Just a black screen only way I can exit out is by logging out then it take a few to log out still gives me a warning that I'm Dodging a Que but it won't let me get in to a match

incidentally I can not View my mastery pages as well
