Accepting match bug

So , about 3 times yesterday, i queue for a game , and than i go on youtube,facebook while waiting , and when the game is found , i got a Accept Window and i accept it , and then i stay in League of Legends screen , not getting a Lobby , i see down in chat that 4 of my teammates joined (Im ranked solo) And strange thing is that the time is still ticking for a queue , i cannot click X button , i can browse shop , loot etc , and when i log out and log in again i lose 3 LP , its really anoying , and it happened to my friend too . Anyone else ? <3
