[CLIENT] Dynamic Queue interacting with recently played

Today I was in a rank queue and I received an invite from someone I had just played with in my last game (I assume he used the 'recently played with' section of the invite screen). Because I am a curious cat I wanted to see what would happen so I clicked accept. Everyone but me was immediately booted out of the champ select screen (I know because I was skyping with my friend at the time and he was also in the game) and I was left in the queue watching the timer go down until the enemy player didn't select a champion (as he was no longer in the queue) and I was booted as well. I discovered afterwards that I received a 5 minute ban for this and a 3 LP loss. I really don't think this is fair and have a feeling it's most likely a bug.

TL;DR -- Getting invited by someone you played with last game while in ranked champ select causes the invite to show up and if you accept it you suffer a 3 LP loss and get a queue dodge ban.
