An error message from the client pops up every time I turn on my computer.

I recently re-downloaded LoL on my computer a few days ago. For some reason every time my computer boots up now an error message appears saying "invalid command line". I believe it hasn't affected the game at all, it's just kind of annoying. Any way to fix this?
