Unable to play since patch 5.14 update

So im a new player to LoL, a friend referred me to the game. i started playing the game two days before the new patch update and everything worked fine. but since the patch update i cant play anymore. everything works just fine with finding a match, selecting a champion and loading into the game. but as soon as i enter the match i get an instant "attempting to reconnect" message at the top of my screen. After about 2 min, it stops and i can hear the voice saying "welcome the the summoners rift". all champions are invisible, and my champion cannot move, i can see the minions moving on the mini map as well my teams champion icons moving across the map. this lasts for about 1 min the i get the "attempting to reconnect" message again. but this time it does not go away for the entire match and i'm just staring at my lifeless screen. Champion does not move, i can access the options menu and scroll across the map and even access the shop but i cannot buy anything, abilities that i try to learn are never learned, the skill point just disappears.

This happens right from the start of the match so i literally cannot do anything. ive gone through every single option in the connection troubleshooting support page for league of legends, i literally tried every single suggestion made by Riot on that page. EVERY SINGLE ONE.

How to recreate bug: Step 1: launch league of legends Step 2: log in Step 3: select play and any game mode (Even a game with bots does not work) Step 4: select a champion and wait for the game to start Step 5: after game has loaded just watch as champions never spawn and the "attempting to reconnect" bar appears instantaneously at the top of the screen.

Obviously not everyone is having this problem, cause i can see them playing on the mini map. ive also scoured the internet and forums for the past week searching for a fix, yet all i found where hundreds of people with the same problem but no fix.

Ive also uninstalled league of legends and reinstalled it about 4 times. Im running windows 7 64-bit. like i said the game worked perfectly before the patch and then after the update i cant do anything with it anymore, now its just useless junk files. It's not my internet connection, one of the Riot suggested fixes was to test my connection with netalyzer (http://n2.netalyzr.icsi.berkeley.edu/info_ipv6_javascript.html) and according to them my connection is just fine.

If anyone has a possible fix for this or if one of the Riot employees has any clues as to how to fix this it would be much appreciated. Thank you...
