Kai'sa Lvl up bug

So this happened to me in 2 different games, and i thought i'd share it. So what happened was that i had my bonus attack speed on 99%, and when i lvl'ed up, i got the evovle. So i evovled my e, but found my self unable to put a skill point in it. It had bugged out. My q was alreaddy maxed, so i was forced to put a point in my w. After that, lvling up worked fine.

so thats the bug. Evolving and putting a skill point in the same ability after lvling up is impossible.

Or for e that is. Havent testet it with q yet.
