Lol didn't find a match after results screen

Hi...

My lol is bugging. Is taking a log time to entry in the looby, when entry is taking a long time to find a match. After the match the game is freezing in the result screen. If I want to play again, I need to close the game and start everything again. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game but nothing changed. Anyone knows what can be happening?
