Its been over 24 hours and I still haven't received my Year Of the Goat icon.

As title says, me and friend exchanged gifts so we could both get the icon, she got hers instantly but its been over 24 hours and mine still hasn't shown up. I also sent in a ticket but it hasnt been respond to.

I also had this issue. Bought a mystery box yesterday and the icon hasn't popped yet.

I ended up putting in a request to Riot, they took care of it this week.
