[GAMEPLAY] Invisible Mundo Cleavers

Just had a game where no one on our team could see the cleavers the enemy Mundo was throwing out. The enemy team experienced no difficulties. I can't tell if it's a bug or whether user XiMeiMei is taking advantage of some sort of hack or exploit. Either way, it was a significant problem that my bot lane (support Mundo...) repeatedly credited with losing them the lane.
