Ashe Ult disappeared in Aram, potentially other ults too

Feb 15, 11am Aram Game occured around 13m in game. Pressed R to fire Ashe's ult. I didn't hear the sound and i wasn't watching my char to see if the animation went off. But my ult was nowhere to be seen where i aimed it nor visible on the map and my CD had started for the ult. I recall a couple games before a team mate had messaged in shock that his ult disappeared, but ignored it.
