Before refreshing stats - my record for promotions was 1W-2L. I proceeded to win my next 2 games after the top screenshot. The win streak icon on my profile is proof. Also notice that I went from 12 wins to 14 wins. I should've been promoted to Silver 5, but it placed me back into my Bronze 5 promos with a clean slate. Please, my mental fortitude has been taxed enough in bronze. Imagine my joy when I thought I had won my last game. Please do not play with my heart like this.
