Queued a Game was last pick. Alt- Tabbed to YouTube for a while and when I went back the champion selection music was still going but the client said game in progress. I lost LP for not choosing a champion.

That's happened to me too months ago, although fortunately in a normal queue instead. Glad to know I'm not the only one.
